The management has a high turn over rate. It's hard to get things fixed.

There's lots of restrictions living here. They micromanage your life. Over all its livable . They maintain the property to a degree. It's better than a lot of other buildings, not the best but far from the worst on a scale of 1 to 10 maybe a 6.5 - 7.

The matenice come once a week and do a half job and blow dirt and debris all over our cars. I complained about this matter but was told basically deal with it...move your vehicle. Clearly this person who didn't care about our issues. I been asking why no one maintain the mulch in the back of the property and they just make excuses. I took my money and replenish it on multiple times at least 4 while I've been living here. This property is rented to families that have children but, we aren't supposed to shop signs of children living here. There's to many restrictions . I would love to throw some burgers on the grill outside on a nice day. I hate smelling that delicious smell of a barbecue and not being able to prepare my own because of some prison rules. You should be comfortable in your home and able to live a life without unnecessary restrictions.

The matenice on this property is bare minimum. The weekend Gardeners half do a ok job. The week day matenice is a little lackluster. I point out matter's that need to be attended to example " when they cut the tree's branches down they left them there for a few months. " I ask for them to be removed but each said that the other would take care of it.
