I have been increasingly disappointed with the level of maintenance and overall management of this property. The building itself is consistently neglected and often unclean, which reflects a lack of proper upkeep and attention. One of the biggest concerns is the extremely slow response time for repairs inside the apartments. Maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed, and in many cases, follow-up is required just to get basic issues resolved. This has made day-to-day living unnecessarily frustrating. Additionally, communication from management is very poor. There is rarely any advance notice when work needs to be done. Residents are often left without essential services, such as water, without warning, or are expected to clear areas of their apartments with little to no notice—sometimes within 24 hours. This lack of communication is disruptive and unacceptable. Despite these ongoing issues, rent continues to increase, which does not reflect the current quality of the property or the service being provided. Unfortunately, the situation seems to be getting worse rather than improving. Overall, I would strongly encourage management to prioritize maintenance, improve communication with residents, and ensure that rent increases are aligned with the actual living conditions being provided.
