The alley way is destroyed! I psyk my car out there and the road is extremely bad! Pot holes and dumped furniture is everywhere!! Im impressed to invite people to my apartment! They need to do something about it!!

It's good for the value they fix things if I asked them to.

The noise and the cleanliness of the apartment Is very disappointing

I've lived in the same community for nearly 25 years for no other reason than the fact that the location is remarkable and central to everything, the maintenance is top-notch, thorough, and responsive in all that they do, the management has changed over the years but they just keep getting better and more attentive, the neighborhood is like family even if you don't know them by name, the environment is safe for families and single renters, the noise is typically of kids giggling and neighbors greeting each other with the occasional skateboarder, the parking is reasonable - but if you have guests be prepared to tell them they may walk a block or two, and the only thing you should worry about... is not ever wanting to leave! If you are the type of person who like to sleep forget it!! To many kids crying all day and night!
