Good community bad parking, mold issues in other aprtments as well.

Ive been living here for 20+ years and ive been comfortable, no trouble with neighbors. The only thing that i want to complain about is that maintenance of the apartment as a whole could be better. Ive asked for a new rug and new blinds countless times and get no real response. Id think that with 20+ years of paying rent would award me a new rug that isnt stained and cant even be walked on without blackening the bottoms of our feet, even tho we try to clean and vaccim it regularly. Other than that i am comfortable in my home.

I’ve been lucky to live in these apartments for 5 years. The pros are the price, space, we have a parking spot that we share, there’s an accessible laundry room, storage, the fred leeds office staff always gets back to you within a day or two, maintenance comes within a week or two. The cons are the walls are thin so I hear the building next to me and most things on the street, street parking when im sharing the park spot is hard I usually have to walk 3 blocks when I come in from work late, if it’s a large maintenance job/costly they may not get back to you, some maintenance don’t always finish the job so you have to resubmit requests, it’s an old building so old things and decor are expected. My neighbors are AMAZING!! We look out for each other and Im thankful the property stays affordable/liveable for us to grow ourselves and with our families
