The most worst experience I've ever had dealing with a property management company. The move in process was not smooth. They ignore important questions and don't outline any of the process whatsoever and expect you to know what you're supposed to do. I have had a work order open for 6 months without resolution to this date for the heater. They clearly knew the heater didn't work when I moved in but lied stating it did work. The AC they provided is also not working properly and blowing heat into the apartment making it hotter inside than outside. That order has been open for over a month now. I can't wait till my lease is over, or it may be looking like the CITY will break my lease because they have not met simple requirements.

Great apartment. Really close to everything. Th building is always clean neighbors are great.

Been living here for almost a year. Not to many complaints. The building just been remodeled and it looks nice and is very clean. The apartments are okay as well. There are some maintenance things that need to be taken care of . Sometimes they are quick to respond and at times management doesn't even get back to you. Overall not to many complaints.

Just moved in about 3 months ago. Have no complaints. The manger is very nice. Apartment is on street I grew up on my whole life so I know the neighborhood very well. Apartment has everything you could ask for.

Its been years pros and cons but overall it has worked throught the years
