Have lived in building 12 years. Very quiet and geat location.

I've lived in building 12 years. Great location not too far from beach. No A/C but close enough to coast so not to bad. Portable A/C works pretty well. Very quiet building and well maintained. Only one assigned parking spot. Street parking can be a problem. Overall I would recommend living here.
