The neighbors are nice. The building is quiet. They are now starting to bring the building up to date. The lobby is filthy with the new floor. Water gathers when it rains. Mail has been an issue as packages have been stolen. The good news is they now have cameras.

I have lived here for many years. It was one of those places that you would never want to leave because our management took care of us and we took care of her (Polly and Maggie). It was a more family-type atmosphere. Low key unless needing help.
