I've lived here for 13 years. Under new ownership/management - better maintenance, property upkeep, etc....... It's very quiet around here for the most part. Everyone keeps to themselves, due to busy family and personal lives. Location is accessible to many places and freeways as well. Rents are continuing to increase, but this is a fact of life these days.

I love where I live. It's a nice, quiet place and there is a lot of good shopping and food in the area. There are a lot of building improvements happening so that's nice as well.
