Great starter place

I love that groceries, a ton of restaurants, and the ocean are all walking distance. Parking is hard to find between 7-10pm, and you have to be careful about where you park overnight because street sweeping is every week in the early morning on Mo-Wed's depending on where your car is. The property manager and maintenance staff have been very nice and responsive in my experience. This studio apartment has been great to me for having a spacious bathroom, a bed that pushes into the wall for added space, a separate room for the kitchen which came with a fridge and you can't beat having a gas stove and oven. Laundry machines are in the basement which isn't a bad distance living on the first floor, but there are some characters in the neighborhood that have banged on my window because I am on the first floor and the windows face out into an alley. Overall, for a young person who's moved out on their own for the first time, it's a comfortable enough place with my only qualms being no designated parking and some scares by the transient population.
