Very well maintained and with inviting and attentive staff. The variety of amenities is subpar compared to similarly priced apartment complexes in the area. The lack of bike lockers in particular is very frustrating.

Windows are not double panel can hear cars everything outsid

The staff are not helpful rather confrontational than understanding, security will be checking on you on the weekends to come and ask you to make sure there is no more than 2 guests with you even if they see u only 2 people sitting and chilling oh their reason for it is to make sure you atleast one of you is the resident which brings in uncomfortable situation and disturbing someone's peace and conversation, in addition to that they let anyone in the building security and safety raises questions and concerns. Location is amazing perfect close to everything but you can hear everything on the road inside your apartment as the windows are not sound proof due to cheaper cost but rental price is really high for value and peace it provides. And ZERO GUEST PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE SO DONT HAVE ANY OVER NIGHT GUEST LOL. GYM YOU WILL NOT BE ABKE TO WORKOUT IN PEACE AS YOU WILL RANDOMLY SEE CLEANING CREW TURN ON THEIR LOUD VACCUMS TO CLEAN THE GYM THERE IS NO SET TIME WHENEVER DURING DAY THEY FEEL LIKE DOING IT THEY DO IT REGARDLESS OF RESIDENTS WORKING OUT. WHICH SHOWS MANAGEMENT CARELESSNESS TOWARDS THE RESIDENCE. LOCATION AMD VIEW IS THE ONLY 5 STARS ?? OH AND IF YOU GET LOCKED OUT TALK TO YOUR LOOK NICELY COMMUNICATION IS KEY LOL. DONT BE SURPRISED IF THEY MOCK YOU IN THE ELEVATORS WITH POSTERS RATHER THAN HELP YOU WHEN YOU GET LOCKED OUT!! CHEERS HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY AND ENJOY ITS BEAUTIFUL OUT HERE IN CA.
