At first it seemed like a great deal for what you get but ovet time many imperfections showed. From upkeep to property management communication

not good enough !!!

never have i been so wronged in my life if living with kidney failure was not enough this ungodly place was nothing but problems and even worse staff and service. i would not recommend paradise gardens to anyone the simply dont care about the people that live there.

I wish that the rental cost reflected the state of the apartments. Most of the carpets are damaged and the front office hours are hard to work with as most people leave for work before they open and get home after they've closed.
