We've been here just two and half months. and have really enjoyed the location and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The amenities are outstanding and the maintenance staff excellent with issues on our move in fixed the same day! One negative is urine smell just outside the building or near the dog park. And, unfortunately, you can still smell weed occasionally through the vents, as despite tenants not being allowed to smoke in the building, clearly people continue to do so both inside their apartments and on balconies.

I love living at OEV. The amenities are incredible, the area is perfect for getting around on bikes, walking, and running, and the staff takes care of each and every resident. I'd like to upgrade to a bigger apartment and found out if would cost 1/2 month of the new rent + $1000, and I'd have to pay back the $1000 from my new move in benefit. New residents can receive up to $2000 "look and lease" benefit. It's easier to become a new resident than to stay and upgrade. In my opinion, why not find a way to encourage residents who are in good standing with OEV to easily be able to upgrade? I certainly don't want to move anywhere else, but I can find better deals in the area by moving out. Can some of these fees be waived? Please consider.

Onni is absolutely the best! From management, the concierge, maintenance, to the neighbors. Everyone is amazing and the building and units are top notch. Everyone is respectful, kind, and great neighbors following the rules and caring for our building is astounding! Our high Rent is definitely used towards our luxury building and we are so thankful to finally see our high rent go to good use! Onni, please keep this up, it's so noticeable and VERY appreciative! From someone who paid the same at our last place, it's soooooo much better and respect what you all do for us!
