Martin apartments

Living here has been great. The only issue I have is with the property manager. She’s been a hindrance in an issue ever since moving in and going forward when dealing with things like stuffed and property damage. There was any way to replace the current landlord or manager. I think this property would be one of the best hidden secrets in Long Beach.

Great spot, terrible management

Great space and location for the price, but there were some major issues. Due to how old the building is, noise would travel through the floor and walls. Being on the top floor with wood flooring, normal walking would create sound to the floor below but because the management didnt mediate well enough, the downstairs neighbors would bang on their ceiling EVERY SINGLE DAY. Also unless you add an additional $100/month for parking, street parking can be pretty difficult especially with street-sweeping days. Also, during my stay there over 2 years, the elevator was non-functioning which made our place inaccessible to family and friends to visit. Personally, i would not recommend living here unless youre on a budget and want the great location.

Amazing space to live!

I’ve had an amazing stay here at the apartments so far and there is nothing but good about this place! The location is great and the apartment has been nothing but what I wanted in a first place to stay!
