Not maintained

They will fix bad plumbimg but not much else. The buildimg is in disrepair, with little upgrades. Outdated fixtures, railings in common area. They did manage to keep the lobby well painted! They removed all security cameras (who does that )? They now charge for a parking space.

Nice location

The location is the highlight of this apartment. Within walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious but the building is a little old but they do keep up the maintenance on it.

Euclid Apts

We enjoy living in Euclid Apts! The only thing I wish could be upgraded and improved are the washers/dryers on each floor along with the ability to use the PayRange app instead of quarters. Thank you.
