I love it here. Best neighbors ever. No bad ones. Beautiful views! Great location and affordable beach front apartments. Our maintenance guy is wonderful! Parking is the biggest downside to living here. Only one garage spot per unit. Luckily we can walk mostly anywhere we need to go. Super pet friendly and peaceful vibes. Its an older building but the inside of our unit is modern and very spacious! Laundry room can get a bit busy at times. Overall, because of the ocean view, its awesome!

I love living here! Great neighbors, amazing view, affordable ocean front, can walk anywhere, pets welcome, cool apartment manager and quiet. Only complaint is parking. One spot per unit and its tight. Street parking in long beach hard to find spot.
