The place where I am living is good yet I think there is more that can be done for the building. Things have changed since the owner passed away. It feels like no one cares anymore about what happens and about tenats concerns.

Management and maintenance could be better for a number of reasons. Bad parking and they’re constantly doing something in the area to make parking worse—construction, film projects, etc.
