My life and work space

the parking need a repair and the kids in the units run around with no supervision playing on peoples door bells. That is a problem for people like myself who work from home and have no kids. When it is told to the office there is nothing to be done, But yet my rent must be paid on time. Without a job I wouldn't be able to met that need due to the kids playing around my door while I am on the phone with my patients.

Clair Del Gardens review

lived here 5 years staff and maintenance crew are really nice and quick but parking is pretty bad if you have more then one person/car in your household

Could be better they are running wild over here and noisy and some disgusting residents not all. I really just love the location and the staff.

Some things you can change some you cant

you cant change the poor parking. I hope someday, someone would come take a walk after 5 to see all the property rules being broken. Smoking, bikes, skateboards. The kids themselves dont make too much noise, its the constant slamming of skateboards and other vehicles.
