Have been living in our home a little over a year. A lot of changes have happened due to my partner being a great builder and our management company allowing for free reign of what he can do to upscale our place. We have found our little abode that we wish to be in for a long time

I have lived here for about 6 months now. Parking is a huge plus as my home does come with a parking space. There are some issues with the businesses overtaking resident parking spaces, but nothing that a simple conversation can't fix. Guest parking can be a little hit or miss sometimes, but the neighborhood is relatively safe and inviting. My biggest issue has been the lack of amenities, such as on-site laundry and the lack of air conditioning. Once again, nothing that can't be dealt with on my own, but still a little difficult in terms of budgeting for this place. Overall, my experience here has been great. The neighborhood is very family-oriented and friendly, the building itself is cute and cozy, and the staff at Brockman Properties have been nothing but kind, understanding, and helpful. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a cozy single bedroom, and who doesn't mind heading to the laundromat once a week.

Having a place that allows for their own parking instead of having to park on the street is great. Neighbors are nice enough. Management does not get involved unless explicitly asked for more help.
