I love my neighborhood and location. I do wish our building got some upgrades such as new washing machines and window screens, and building maintenenace was increased such as maintaining the front yard grass and plants.

I moved in last September and absolutely love it. I love the historic building- 1920's vintage look. It was restored beautifully, crown moulding, hardwood floors, Wedgewood kitchen stove, etc. We have access to washer/dryer out the back door. I also love the outdoor space. Parking on the street is annoying at times. The restaurants and bars nearby can cause a lot of noise but all of the neighbors inside the building are super quiet and respectful. I don't have plans on moving.......
