I love coming home everyday. I love how safe the area is and how kind neighbors are. I can’t imagine living elsewhere in Long Beach. I wish the parking space was included because the alley can get really dark to walk through late during the nights. That’s my only concern.

Not bad for one person nice area and can get place to shower anf use restroom like s RV and a place to sleep and water and food to eat hope Iam in the area soon.

I wish the upstairs neighbors were more aware of the noise level since im on the 1st floor. I also wish that parking was included with rent since the garages are most unused or at least the tenants took turns each month with being given access. I am unable to pay for the extra amount for parking each month. I also think 1 washer and 1 dryer is not sufficient for the amoint of tenants in the building. Doing laundary takes a lot of time when many tenants have availability to do laundry at the same hours of the day.

It is a nice neighborhood to live in. The apartment interior is beautiful with a vintage feel. It is close by to many nice shops in Bixby Knolls. My air conditioner is a bit outdated and there is no in-unit laundry. The parking is okay, though the garage is an expensive fee. Overall, it is a decent place to live in. The neighbors are quiet and the air is clean due to no smoking rule.
