Landlord takes every holiday off, even minor. Short weeks, do they work? Maintenance never cleans up after their visit. Poor updates, definitely looking elsewhere. Grounds guy who takes cans out does good job. All other staff not impressed…

We have been here for a couple of months, it is a quiet little neighborhood and it is close to a grocery store which we love. Great neighbors and the rental office staff is great!

The actual staff is amazing, neighbors are quiet we are right by the main road so the noise is a little loud. I had something fixed and they replaced it but it didn't match the other cabinets. Paint was chipping since i moved in (probably because it has been repainted multiple times).
