We are fortunate because we are not homeless. But I would not let anyone rent an apartment with old rusted and mildew filled sinks toilets and bathtubs. We were s023windled back in August 2023. If we had another place to go we would have gone. The refrigerator, stove and dishwasher were not up to par either. Although we had to be content and we are. We are looking to move very soon.

We just moved in and are very happy with everything. The apartment complex is surrounded by trees, everything is well maintained, and the shade really helps keeping the indoor temperature down. Since being here, I have not heard any sounds through the walls whatsoever. As for deliveries, we had our first package go missing. But other than that, I love how everything is modernized and easy to either obtain information or to report an issue (if needed).

So far i have lived here for a month and I have to say there are not many down sides to this lease. The community is lively and the staff (that I have met) are polite. I do however wish that there was an increase in the number of shaded parking lots, or at least not have the sprinklers spraying out towards the parking spaces as it causes water spots to form on my car as well as my housemate's. I am a fan of the involvement by management as far as hosting events and being well communicated with the tenants. I am not regretting the decision to move here so far.

Ive put in many requests om the same thing not fixed so i gor tired of putting them in. Only been here leas than 2 yeats amd same thing
