Two pets max per apartment home. A pet agreement is required and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet per month will be charged.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

I am a resident for over a year. I am in the process of renewing my lease. Im very pleased wuth my unit. We have had issues along this residency. But everything was taken care of in a timely manner. A lot of issues are caused by tenants. One rhing thats really annoying is the laundry room. Its not parkeood apts issue its the tenants. At thins point im very pleased with the things thT matter to me. Thanks to the entire staff.

The parkwoods are a great nice quiet place to live. Management addresses your concerns, or maintenance issues right away. There is a nice pool, gym, and playground for yourself and your company to enjoy as well. The Parkwoods also do a nice job with the up keep as well.
