Needs Improvement

The apartments are probably the most stylish and updated in Laguna Niguel for a fair price. I will say that the gate maintenance has not been great as it's been broken for 6 months now. Maintenance staff are pretty reliable and fast when it comes to needing something repaired in the apartment. BBQ area is nice and well kept, but some of the grills don't work and I don't think they are checked very often. Staff is friendly and responsive, the professionalism is nice and I've not had any problems so far.
