Pretty great place to live! But..

Very clean property, great amenities, only downside(s) was that when i recieved my unit, one of the coax ports isnt working in the living room area. 2nd is the parking… guest spots are always taken. Some cars sit there for weeks. And the gate doesn't really do much cause cars will wait in the “drive thru” area till someone comes in or out.

Great apartments

Only been here 3 weeks. Parking is pretty bad at night with a second vehicle if you work late, good luck finding one! That is my only issue so far with the community we moved into. Other than that our apartment got renovated before moving in and it looks great, its very quite and gated and the gym, pool, tennis court and family center is well taken care of. Price is pretty high but again cant complain as prices everywhere have gone up for apartments.

Community review

The walkways and stairs get used by kids on their skateboards and it gets very loud. I also get a group of kids playing right at my door. It gets pretty noisy. Other than that, it's a nice community.

Pet Restrictions: Seaside Apartments will accept up to two indoor pets per apartment with dogs only allowed in specified dog locations.Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval.Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted. Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am.
