The only factor with noise is that the garage openers under our condo are very loud, the tenants that use them go in and out in the middle of the night and wakes us up (not their fault). The grounds are kept very clean and I feel safe living here. Parking is strict, it would be nice if they would allow 2 parking passes for vehicles that live here but they only allow 1 (second car must be housed in the garage). Tenants are nice, dog area is kept clean and stocked with poop bags. Location is the best, close to shopping and entertainment.
