Some good some bad
I have been here for 4 months. I like the layout of the place the best. However, the cheap door knobs, toilet paper holders, and other fixtures that do not operate properly is a huge problem. The noise level is also bad as you can hear what is going on everywhere and people don't seem to understand you can really hear them when they are outside in the parking lot. People need to have more consideration for the residents that live here and realize they are NOT ALONE.

Lovely place to live
This is a beautiful and well maintained community. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful. The maintence staff are exceptional and prompt. Highly recommend this community!

Feels like home!
I moved into harbor pointe during a tough time and i dont know how well the transition would’ve gone if it weren't for how charming property. It feels like home. The staff is incredible , they listen and manage well amd truly care about the residents. A friend of mine moved in not long after me after seeing my place and she fell in love.
