Everything isvery nice but the noise from cars outside the property is constant and disturbing.

I had no issues in my time living at the Royce other than one minor one: Once when I was exercising at the gym early in the morning, another resident came to complain about the noise. Besides that, I really enjoyed my time at the Royce.
