Okay place to live
The newer tenants hae no respect for the property or their neighbors. There hae been multiple fist fights in the front and in the parking area. The laundry room is often left messy and unkept.
Tons of opportunities for improvement
Area is nice, neighbors are great. Can’t say much about staff, rarely hear or see them. Maintenance has a lot of work to do. Building is older and needs improvements but overall great place! Wish the 2 bedrooms had 2 parking but they don’t. Wish the landlord wasn’t so tight.

Everything is great, the walls are just thin and you hear your neighbors.
