Rent is too expensive for 0 amenities

The building is old and all the drains smell old and moldy. Definitely not worth $2100 in rent. Cant wait until i buy a house so i can move out.

From the beginning to the end I love this place . The property manager dawn was awesome!! She made me feel as if i was already lived here during my tour.By the time the tour was over I told her sign me up! Got approved!! The property management staff are amazing especially dawn she very positive and upbeat!! Its only been a few weeks but I am loving my new place! I highly recommend this community.

Overall it is a quiet building for the exception of the exterior could use some paint to keep up with the surrounding neighborhood that’s upgrading. And the outside neighbors that party all night with their loud music. Other than this it’s an attractive building and the neighbors keep to themselves.
