Apartment life

We've lived here for almost 1 year. It's noisy. Plumbing is sub-par. Difficult to get in contact with property manager. Laundry facility is not in good working order. Trash bin is constantly overflowing. Rent is too high for the quality of the unit and due to tenant's paying water and trash, rent payment is higher than what is advertised and fluctuates each month. Garage area is shared/no way to secure your vehicle. Street parking is risky due to street racing and car accidents. The good thing about living here is that the units are spacious and there are many businesses nearby.
