There is alot of vehicles that don't belong here some units have over 5 cars they own

I enjoy sunsetview, its relatively quiet and I feel safe there. I just wish the gym was open after hours like the laundry room.

Parking permits are issued to residents however non residents do park in resident spaces. Management does not inforce anything. Parking is a huge issue at this complex. A garage is available for an extra fee however resdents use them for storage and there are not many available.

Sunset view apartments are clean grass is cut. Neatly atmosphere is very quiet. Staff is very helpful. Maintenance is very helpful.
