street noise

even though it's not a major street, this residential street is frequently used by people going to Mission onto Jackson to the freeway so it gets busy. Then there's a school on the other end of the street so a lot of people would take this street from Mission up to the school instead of 2nd. So there's actually a lot of car traffic for such a small street. Also, even though there are speed bumps, a lot of people don't care and flies down the street to then slam on the brakes because it's a sharp downhill turn or at the other end "roll" through the stop sign to get to 2nd street.

Review

We should have designated guest parking. When we have people over we have to ask people to park on the street and it is dangerous. Other than that mgmt doesn't interfere too much.
