Been here almost a month. Its been quiet. the noises really come from the busy street. Good environment. Any issues was taken as quickly as possible.

Solaris apts are located in a good area. Price is good considering how expensive rent is now. The property needs more attention to cleaning and maintaining the pool and common areas clean. Needs an onsite manager in case of emergencies. Too many managers have come and gone! Rules are not followed by tenants and are not enforced. Maintenance takes a while to get to your work order.

Apartment itself is nice. The previous staff was not the best. Some neighbors are pretty loud. There was some fighting from the neighbors and people that did not live here. You can smell weed in the hallways a couple times. A lot of littering in the hallways. Other than a few bad apples its a decent apartment and location.
