Wish things were better on the premises as far as maintenance services cleanliness and neighbors respect each other. It really hurt taking the grills away. And now someone has it back on the grounds. Change is good but not to hurt the residents

Too many people who don’t respect their neighbors. Blocking driveway every day, double parking when they have 1 space, aggressive driving through the tiny driveway. Too much weed smoking, and a lot of guests who don’t respect the property or neighbors
