Long-Time Edgewater Resident
The office staff are very polite and helpful. The maintenance staff is awesome, and I appreciate the quick response from staff regarding maintenance and other issues. The only problem is lack of parking for visitors; there isnt any, anywhere near my appartment. I appreciate the effort to keep the landscaping clean, green and neat.
Pepper Street Gate Not Closed at 6pm
I like it. When I rented it, I was told gates were closed and clocked at 6pm. Since I've lived there the gate has been broken so it's open all night. People riding bikes and trash digging all hours of the night. I'm very disappointed in the safety aspect. I paid for a closed gate environment and haven't received it. I've made multiple inquiries and request to have it fixed, ti no avail as to date

The place is what I was looking for!
I've lived here for almost 2 years and I'll say this place has one of the best communities/apartments in the area. I work in NAS Lemoore and getting a good apartment that's not too far was really tough until my wife found the Edgewater website on google.
