It's been a great two years here. The pool is nice. The staff is great. Maintenance has been quick. Everything has been very easy. Yes, it's a little loud sometimes and there's no gym, but aside from that it's perfect,

Maintenance needs some work with responsiveness. Water in tub doesn't drain well. Sink vanity and kitchen cabinets are outdated. Parking spots are crammed, and some spots have raised asphalt so bottoms of car scrapes.

My experience at this apartment complex has been a blend of positive and challenging aspects. The apartment itself is quite nice, offering comfortable living spaces and modern amenities that enhance day-to-day life. However, the community's dynamics, particularly with a high influx of first-year freshmen, can be trying at times. Understandably, being new to independent living, they may lack some understanding of neighborly courtesy. Noise levels and occasional disruptions are common, which can be frustrating. Despite this, the management does make an effort to address concerns promptly. The overall positive features of the apartment, including its location and amenities, outweigh the occasional challenges. With time, as the freshmen gain experience, I believe the community dynamics will improve, making this a more harmonious and enjoyable living space for everyone.

This has been home for our daughter during her time at UCSB. The only complaint would be that items such as the microwave & privacy blinds have NOT been fixed since she moved in three years ago. Other than those two items, this has been GREAT! The new management team finally issues parking permits for guests. No more parking out in the street or at a shopping center while we visit our daughter!

Overall these are great apartments. Maintenance is a bit slow on repairs. We have been waiting for over two years to have the non-working blinds changed. Other than that, we have enjoyed living here while attending UCSB.

While the apartment is nice, it is difficult to get repairs done. We have been waiting on the window coverings to get fixed or replaced since we moved in. Other items had to be fixed/ replaced by us.
