I have lived in this apartment community for several years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly negative due to ongoing neglect, unresolved maintenance issues, and constant disruptions. For over three years, a roof leak caused repeated water intrusion into my closet and bedroom, damaging personal belongings, rotting flooring, and creating a strong, persistent odor. Management repeatedly painted over water damage and sprayed bleach instead of fixing the source. The wood beneath the carpet became soaked, moldy, and rotted, and there were even discussions about covering the damage with drywall rather than properly repairing it. The property has also been under near-constant construction. Amenities have been unavailable for extended periods, including the pool, which was completely empty and unusable for over a year. Elevators have been unreliable and frequently out of service, with construction dragging on for over 190 days, making daily living extremely difficult. Parking garages have ongoing structural and construction issues that remain unresolved. Maintenance staff routinely claim repairs are complete when they are not, and many issues are never actually fixed despite repeated requests. Noise has been another major problem, both from neighboring units and ongoing construction, with little to no enforcement or follow-up from management. Only after I contacted the city and retained legal counsel did serious attention begin. City inspectors now visit regularly to document conditions and repairs, which speaks to the severity of these issues. The combination of leaks, odors, construction, broken elevators, parking problems, noise, and loss of amenities has significantly impacted my quality of life. I strongly advise anyone considering living here to thoroughly research the property and management before signing a lease.

At the moment not very happy. We have a crappie gym area most equipment is faulty or broken. The pool has taken almost a year to fix. Minimal attention to surrounding areas of landscape surrounding. Security cameras are minimal at most. And don't cover garage entrances, or any other side entrance.
