Cost of laundry is very high but it's nice that there are so many washers and dryers for use.

Lived at Palmwood 3 years. They have raised the rent the maximum every year. We pay on time and mind our business. There is a high turnaround with management so you'll get nowhere when attempting to address the issue. Also very rude "assistants" who creep around after hours dropping notices at 6pm on a Friday. Good luck with them!

Asking for repairs, maintenance or some times just following up on dates,times exhausting. Issues aren't handled easily. I dread having to call or email it's a struggle and honestly if I never had to contact the office I would be so happy. When you do reach out its uncomfortable & stressful & it shouldn't be like that. Makes no sense.
