I love the location and the apartment! However,, noice cancellation needs improvement. And the hot water too!’!

Might be the nicest old building I’ve lived in. The units have modern and tasteful period appropriate improvements. I really appreciate the location which is walking distance to the heart of downtown in Fullerton. Which also means there is more noise than some of the places further from the center of downtown, though I like the constant activity. Being downtown parking is hit or miss and an added cost to purchase resident permits for the structure. The 9’ ceilings have great natural light. And the old fashioned vemtilation shaft keeps the air in my unit fresh and it’s always a joy to come home. Probably my favorite old building that I’ve lived in. Things break like any old building and management is quick to make repairs.
