The people are super friendly. The staff is very prompt on handling any of your concerns. It is a quite place, and is super pet friendly. I would say that my only complaint is that the washers are to small.

Every residential location has its "FLAWS". Its about making the best of where you are at the moment and moving on if your not at "PEACE". Outstanding Management Team as well as Maintenance Crew. They're one of the reasons we kept tenancy at this location.

Not pleased at all with the high priced rental rate that I was locked in. I was informed by other tenants that for the same unit they pay a lesser amount. Does not seem fair that rent rate is not adjusted. Dont want to hear about rental rate market price.
