I enjoy living at Nees Park Villas on Nees. They are gates and really quiet and the units are very spacious.

Ive lived in NPV for over 8 years. We love our apartment home, but wish there was more color to the landscaping given the greenery is really the only exterior “amenity” for non dog owners. On that subject, i have 2 areas of dog waste on the grass in front of mmy apartment. It looks even the landscapers mowed over them :/ Lets tal about the dumpsters. Why are they so full and overflowing, so much that for one week i was not able to throe out trash into any dumpster close to me bc they were all overflowing. We love Shelby and cannot go on more about what a great person she is & always welcoming into her office.

Manager Shelby is great. Things get done quickly by Ben our maintenance person . The neighbors are very nice and friendly. Love it here.
