I have lived at Lakeside Apartments with my husband for 3.5 years and we have had a great experience. All of our neighbors have been nice and respectful, and the office staff was always friendly and on top of everything during our stay here. From the maintenance workers to the office staff, they always offered a smile and willingness to help. The office staff checks in a few times a year with a phone call to see if there are any requests or concerns that they can help with. My husband and I will be moving out of town for work and we are both so sad to be leaving these apartments. I highly recommend Lakeside Apartments to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.

Very dangerous place to live. Between the hours of 6:00 PM & 9:00 PM, Kids running around complex and pool area Screaming and yelling, riding their scooters and skateboards. I have almost got run over several times by these Screaming and yelling kids. 7 days a week these Screaming and yelling kids are out at night, Noise Level is horrendous at night time. Parents Do Not control their Screaming and yelling Kids. This occurs with all of us Neighbors 7 days a week.

I have lived at Lakeside Apartments for quite a long time. I really enjoy my apartment home and all the features and perks Lakeside apartments gives to me. I am Happy living here, and the Staff is always attentive to my requests and needs. If you have a Maintenance issue, they're on it right away. Great place to live here in Fresno.

I've lived here about a year with my wife and we have had 0 complaints! The only little negative (which probably won't be negatives for most) is that the gym is small apart from the price getting a bit more expensive. Other than that, we were blessed with great neighbors, a nice lake with duckies, and a quiet neighborhood! Management has been amazing and anything that needed to be fixed was fixed in an instant! Quality apartment for our first time!
