Iron Bird Lofts

Lived here for a year. Pros: If you're a fan of the downtown life, Arthop, and artsy environments, Iron Bird Lofts are awesome. The interior of the apartments are nice, and the complex is located pretty close to a lot of nightlife and good spots to eat when you go down Fulton. Being next to the freeway is very convenient as well. Cons: Unfortunately, be prepared for a high chance your car could get broken into, attempted break ins to apartments, laundry stolen, and a high level of homeless walking around. Also don't expect the property management (Manco Abott Inc) to do anything about it, or take any responsibility for camera systems that "don't work" or not enforcing security. I've seen multiple crashes into parked cars around the complex, so make sure your insurance is on point, and I'd highly recommend renters insurance if you choose to live here. For how expensive it is to live here, you'd think the security would be at least be reliable, but unfortunately it isn't. Be aware of your surroundings!

The little things are location for my pet with the lack of grass area for him and let things around the apartment but other than that I like it here no serious complaints!

As title says, no bath for my bath going on 3 days now, on top of that no hot water coming out of my sinks. Somehow all these things are happening once you guys took over the property management as this is the second time happening w/in a month. The first time it happened I had put in a maintenance request which was never acknowledged from anyone from property management.

I have lived at this property for over 6 years and have enjoyed my experience here for most of the time I have been a resident. The recent transition away from Granville to Manco, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of property management services. Specifically, maintenance requests go for weeks before that is any feedback from property management staff on when or how the maintenance issue will be resolved. Granville was much better, communication was prompt and schedule for maintenance was typically within days of the request. I have made multiple maintenance requests for things such as lightbulbs needing to be replaced, toilet bowl repairs and garbage disposal leaking over several weeks and still have no idea when they will be fixed. Unfortunate and dramatic shift in PM quality of service.
