Could do better.

Property is section 8 now and chaos reigns here now. Maintenance does their best to keep up, but many things are promised and never followed through on. Been waiting on a new dishwasher for two years now.

Heron Pointe

As far as employess, the maintenance staff does their job well. The office staff rarely get back to you when they say they will. Parking is always an issue. The area is nice and they are making improvements to the buildings, but in my 4 years the gates have never worked.

Convenient location.

I have lived here many, many years. Rent is too high but it's a great location surrounded by plenty of department and grocery stores. All within walking distance. Convenient access to the City bus line as well.
