when we first moved in here 10 years ago it was real nice place to live,now not so much.dogs not onlease,gates dont work trash diggers all day everyday.ponds in poor condition pumps dont work stinks really bad,designated parking signs to to be posted for people who pay for thier spots would save alot of fights and feuds with people,maintenanceworks very hard but not enough of them to handle all that needs done they are over worked rent keeps going up and up and this place is going down hill.

This complex used to be a nice place to live. It is now called "the hood" by people living in the surrounding complexes and neighborhoods. Not worth the amount of rent we are currently paying!! Even worse, our rent amounts are constantly increased without tenant notification!!! We don't find out our rent has increased until we pay our rent!!!!!! Very wrong. Come on.... can't you do better?!?!?!

The staff is awesome the amenities could improve a bit The people in the surroundings are really great with exceptions to a few.. Things like dogs off leashes Trash here and there. All in all I give it An 8.
