Overpriced, in a bad neighborhood and there is constant pool parties in the summer with people who don't even live here that go to 11-12AM.

There are alot of people knocking on doors looking for other people. There was an attempt to break into my apt. late at night. The other residents are not friendly and therefore I am not excited about going to activities offered by management. If you live downstairs people above you smoke in their apartments and you breathe in seconc hand smoke and is problematic. This will be a major reason for moving in the future from a otherwise well made apartment. Otherwise it is a clean place to live and if one wanted to use the amenities they are here for one to enjoy. Management has been responsive and pleasant to be associated with and they try hard to make everyone happy. Most managers do not go the extra mile to be kind to renters.

I've lived here through three management changes, and have outstayed all the residents in my building. People smoke cigarettes and vape in on the balconeys and in the parking lot even though the entire property is supposed to be completely smoke free. Homeless people and tweakers come sleep behind the dumpster, near the garages, or in the bushes at night. I've sent pictures to management of my neighbors leaving up to FOUR large full trash bags for as long as 48 hours in the breezeway but nothing is done about it. I had no notice about a shower nozzle installed while I was gone even though I'm supposed to get notice of entry. My email inbox is full of property notices that don't apply to me because every time something is done in another building I still get an email about it because management will not send only to affected tenants. The spa used to be set to a piping hot setting but the last few times I've used it, the temperature is only lukewarm. Rent has gone up even though the amenities have not been upgraded or improved, but the streetlamps in the parking lot are brighter at night. The car port covers for numbered parking spaces look progressively worse as Uhaul drivers make unsightly dents in the edges and the communal package room isn't secure because anyone can accesss anyone else's packages as long as they have a key, and I have had delivered boxes stolen by people who have access to the room. Landscaping is well-maintained with weekly upkeep. Garbage gets out of hand with tenants not wanting to touch the dumpster lids and instead piling trash around or even outside of the dumpster ports and that becomes an eyesore.
