The space is beautiful, neighbors are great, office staff is below par. They are never in the office during nornal business hours, do not answer the phones, and do not reply to emails in a timley fashion if at all. Maintenance is super kind and responsive just the people running the office dont seem to care about their jobs.

Rowan is a nice community to live in for adults. It’s not a good community for kids since there’s nowhere for them to play and it’s right next to the transit center.. The apartments are conveniently located next to all kinds of shopping and food places again next to the transit center, which is cool if you take the train or the buses. Its right next to the freeway 15. The bad part about living at Rowan is the people with pets really don’t care about picking up after their pets and a lot of people leave their trash in the hallway, which is gross. Anytime you need something fixed it gets done fast Maintenece and the cleaning crew amazing, always working on something and making sure that the apartments look great. Management is helpful and always pleasant to speak to. Overall, I think it’s a great place to rent and the price matches the apartments. They might be a little expensive, but it’s worth it because it keeps the lifestyle of living here luxurious.

I believe the parking can be better because a lot of military people park their cars and just leave them there when we only have one car all the military people got like three cars. That’s the reason why I haven’t gotten another car.
