I have enjoyed living here with a couple of hiccups with neighbor above and below. I don't like that I have to run the kitchen sink for over 4 minutes to get hot. That's at least 8 gallons of water wasted. I don't like having to add water to my wash load, since the water level was so low. I am currently dealing with noise vibrating from below, so I had to move my bed into the living room to get restful sleep. The noise from below vibrates 23/7 into the bedroom and the hallway. Other than that, I enjoy living here. I atmosphere is good; I like meeting new people. Easy access to local shops and freeway. I've been here 11 months, and I will continue here for another year. I do highly recommend Haven76.
