My wife and I have wrapped up our third year at City Plaza. We have enjoyed our entire time here and are looking to start on year four. While our apartment is fantastic and the price cannot be beat...City Plaza would not be what it is without our fantastic manager, Mimi. She goes above and beyond in communicating with us as residents and is one of the most professional managers I have ever had as resident in any location I have lived at. City Plaza itself is situated in the middle of everything, giving us walking options to downtown Escondido and local grocery shopping, as well as easy access to transit options. My wife and I could not be happier and it is the reason why we have stayed here for so many years so far, which of course is made even better with Mimi at the helm. City Plaza is worth the look and you I believe you are fortunate if you become a neighbor.

I like living in your building the only problem is when it rains the water goes incmy apartment if the manager doesnt work so hard to prevent that from happening . I appreciate Mimi’s hard work on keeping the building neat and clean and safe .

We have been part of City Plaza since July 2023 and we could not be happier. We have a great location, enjoy secure parking, and a fitness center that is there when we are too tired to drive to our local gym. Even with amenities like these, it would not be as awesome as it is without our fantastic manager Mimi. She has been one the best parts of living at City Plaza. Our complex is one of the hidden gems of Escondido, located right next to Grand Avenue and walking distance to shops and grocery. We look forward to continuing our time here.

We have just started our third year (2024) here at City Plaza and we count ourselves fortunate. We have enjoyed our time here and continue to do so. The location is central to Escondido downtown and we love the secured parking for our vehicles. Our open floorplan truly makes the apartment feel larger than it is on paper and having two bathrooms is a definite plus. Of course, all these pluses are made even better by our site manager Mimi. I met her when we first were working on moving in and she has made living here even better than I could have imagined. Having rented throughout the city of Escondido, she is hands down the best manager I have worked with. She represents City Plaza well with her communications and her assistance when we have needs (which are very few as she keeps our facility running in top shape and is attentive to all of the tenants needs). Grateful for her and City Plaza.
