Just moved in: Very close to Hwy 5, which is very audible. Property is very clean with nice amenities. Parking for gusts are non-existent. Addy the Property Manager goes above and beyond and is a total gem!

Good wish there was better parking and more events such as like wine nights or more adult activities not carving pumpkins thats more like children like we pay so much we should have the staff put on more litrle events to get more familar with the people and community

Overall it has been a very nice experience living here, although I've only been here about 3 months. The staff and maintenance group are all professional, and do an excellent job. There are some issues, mainly noise related, but you didn't ask about that so I'll leave that alone. Yes I would recommend it to people I know if they felt they could handle the few issues that there are.
