We pay a lot for rent and don't receive what we pay into our rent..no real security on the premises....when you call the office you get voice mail most of the time.... no one wants to deal with problems..I think we should have people back in the office for tenants concerns

We have been living here for about 7 years. Nice experience in general. Some security issues, and high rent increase. My catalytic converter was stolen two times from the garage. The second time didn't get the camera footage, it happened about 6 months ago. Very good maintenance and friendly janitors. Convenient public transportation and within walking distance from the Food court, Powell Plaza and Bay Street. I can recommend it to my friends.

I've been living in the Courtyards at 65th st for almost 16 years now I've seen a lot of changes with management & tenants,I love the location & being able to catch the free shuttle bus to Bart to work & back home.. it's such a convenience. Although I do miss how the management staff with the Courtyards use to plan events for the tenants & their families but that has faded overtime since the pandemic changed a lot of things. Hopefully we can start having those tenant events again towards the summer time. If I could be asked what would I add within the 65th Courtyards apartment complex is have extra security on site.

Loving environment, I never experienced such a nice well taken care of building , security outside is a great feeling knowing you will wake up with No windows broken. Clean , no bad smells in the hallways .
